Wellington "Rocky" Stevens III
President
Rocky Stevens is the President of Wellington Development Company, which he founded in 2002. Mr. Stevens is responsible for the company's overall operations including development of real estate assets and management of assets. Mr. Stevens has leased, developed, managed, and owned both speculative and build-to-suit industrial, office, and retail assets since 1985. Projects include assets in both the public and private sectors.
Prior to forming Wellington Development, Mr. Stevens began his career with E. E. Reed Construction. He then spent 17 years, beginning as a leasing agent and then becoming a principal, with Amelang Partners, Inc., where he specialized in office, medical, and industrial development. Mr. Stevens graduated in civil engineering from Auburn University.
Mark Seger
Partner
Mark Seger is responsible for acquisitions, underwriting, management of the development process, and capital sourcing for student housing, office, retail, and land investments. Mr. Seger has been responsible for the investment in or development of over $140MM worth of assets across multiple product types. Mr. Seger has been involved in the commercial real estate industry for 17 years and development for 12 years. Mr. Seger graduated in Commercial Real Estate Development at Baylor University.
Fabricio Esquivel
Partner and In-House Architect
Fabricio Esquivel knew from an early age that he had an aptitude for architecture and construction. Determined to leave his impression on the world, Mr. Esquivel became a well-rounded architectural designer and project manager capable of providing design services and project management services through design. Mr. Esquivel interviews and selects contractors, and provides construction management throughout the development.
His on-the-spot problem solving makes him a valuable resource to any client. He believes frequent client interaction and open communication will result in a notable project and satisfied clients. Mr. Esquivel graduated with an Architectural degree from the University of Houston.
